About us

Although SC Molinaro Topo Expert SRL was founded in 2007, our personnel have a lot more field experience. Ionel Vrinceanu, certified land surveyor and the company’s manager, started working as a surveyor in 1994, soon after his graduation from university. For a few years, he lived and studied in USA, attending Florida International University where he graduated with a Master’s Degree in Administration. While in school, he continued working in the field. He worked for a couple of land survey companies, where some of his mentors, party chiefs, had more than 30 years experience.  His work covered the whole range of land survey services, from boundary, topographic and Alta surveys to complex highways and construction layouts.

In 2007, he returned to Romania, opened the business, and shortly has become a recognized and respected land surveyor.

Besides his vast experience, he imported from USA the efficiency and professional manner of doing business, the realization that his reputation is based on the level of customer service, and in return, he now has many repeated customers, satisfied with the quality of his work.
